“HYTRON® is the professional pump ideal for multi-head applications – specially developed for this purpose and highly productive.”

High volume flow and a uniform pressure signal ensure reliable cutting quality.

Proven 4,000 bar technology combined with high flow rates – greatly appreciated by the professionals. Especially with multiple-head applications, HYTRON® always ensures the required volume of high-pressure water. Whether you are using two or four abrasive cutting heads simultaneously, HYTRON® provides steplessly adjustable pressure from 500 to 4,000 bar. The two chamfered intensifiers create an optimal cut.

  • Because they are adjusted to the requirements of European companies.
  • Because they are designed taking into consideration a responsible treatment of our resources.
  • Because they are easy to service and all common metrical tools match.
  • Because they meet European standards and quality expectations.

Technical equipment made for professionals

Conventional working principle with even pressure: HYTRON® is equipped with two intensifiers as standard. They operate in the 55 kW and 75 kW power classes with up to 7.6 l/min flow rate at a operating pressure of 4,000 bar. The HYTRON® series delivers a highly efficient, pulsation-free water jet by synchronising the two intensifiers.

The intensifiers are controlled with two axial piston pumps and aligned for an optimal pressure course with the electronic control of the proportioning valve. The strokes are controlled electronically; pressure variations are minimised in combination with a large 2.49 l pulsator. The result is a good cut even with high flow rates.

The product advantages at a glance

Two phased high-pressure intensifiers operate in a staggered manner to ensure a uniform high-pressure signal

Each intensifier has its own axial piston pump, which can be serviced separately

Dual filter units keep foreign matter away from the pressure intensifier and prevent damage

Service-friendly equipment with clearly visible pressure gauges and relief valve

The accumulator ensures good cutting patterns and little wear and tear

Preventive maintenance

As an option, you can connect each one of our high-pressure pumps to the mains and thus have it maintained by us via remote control without any further effort.

Simple control

Electronic control with meaningful extras as standard
